Mark's Taters

I remember coming home one day to the amazing smell of potatoes, garlic, and peppers. Here's my husband's recipe for some good ol' taters! 

Ingredients 
olive oil 
small gold potatoes, washed 
orange pepper 
garlic, chopped 
salt and pepper to taste 

Directions 

1. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. 
2. Cut potatoes into small round shapes. 
3. Place potatoes, orange pepper, chopped garlic, salt and pepper into the pan and heat until potatoes are crispy. While the potatoes are cooking, flip them so they get crispy on both sides.
