Crunchy Chicken

My mother-in-law introduced me to Crunchy Chicken!! It makes the house smell yummy, it tastes amazing, AND you can have fantastic leftovers!

Ingredients
chicken legs, thighs, and breasts (bone-in w skin- however many pieces you want)
butter
Lowry's seasoning salt
oregano

 Directions
( Preheat oven to 350 degrees.)

1. Wrap your top oven rack with tin foil, spray with PAM and make small slits in the foil. ( I used a pizza pan with holes in the bottom.)
2. Rinse chicken pieces under cold water then place the pieces on the rack tin foil rack.

3. Put a few pieces of tin foil on top of the bottom oven rack (so it will catch the drippings).
4. Melt some butter (however much you want) and drizzle it on the top of the chicken pieces.
5. Sprinkle the top of the chicken pieces with Lowry's seasoning salt and oregano (however much you want).
6. Put the oven rack with the chicken pieces in the oven for about 2.5 hours. For the last 20 minutes, raise the temperature of the oven to 375.
