Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts used to be on the bottom of my "vegetables I like to eat list," but lately I've been liking them!

Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts 

Ingredients 
brussel sprouts
olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic powder
parmesan cheese

Directions 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

1. Cut the sprouts in half, lengthwise and place into a bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil to lightly coat each piece ( don't overdo it, or else they will be greasy).
3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
4. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes, flipped about halfway through to make sure they roast on both sides.
