Hot Dog Chili

Sometimes our hot dogs need to be kicked up a notch. I found this recipe for hot dog chili and it just hit the spot!

Jeff's Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients 
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup water
1/2 (10 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 dash Worcestershire sauce


Directions 
1. In a large saucepan, mash the beef and water with a potato masher.
2. Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, onion powder, and Worcesterhire sauce.
3. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until the chili thickens slightly and the beef is fully cooked, approximately 20 minutes.
4. Serve over your favorite hog dog or as a side dish!
