E-Z Drop Biscuits

Do you ever crave a moist biscuit you can use for your strawberry shortcake AND your chicken pot pie? Oh, AND they are cheap, easy, and quick to make?! E-Z Drop Biscuits  (adapted from: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/21135/e-z-drop-biscuits/ ) The recipe states it makes 12 biscuits, but I make about 9 bigger biscuits with my ice cream scoop. Ingredients  2 cups all-purpose flour 1 Tablespoon baking powder 2 teaspoons white sugar 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar ( you don't have to put this in if you don't have any) 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup milk Directions  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. Combine in a large bowl: flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar, and salt. 3. Stir in melted butter and milk until just moistened. 4. Drop the batter on a lightly greased cookie sheet by the tablespoon. ( I used the leftover drips of melted butter to grease my sheet and an ice cream scoop to drop my batter onto the pan.) 5...
