( I still can't get Mark to eat them.) http://allrecipes.com/recipe/actually-delicious-turkey-burgers/detail.aspx Ingredients  1.5 lbs ground turkey 2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs 2 tablespoons finely diced onion 1 egg white, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons chopped parsley ( I used dried b/c I'm cheap!) 1/2 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper Directions  1. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning at least once, until darker brown.
