I opened my fridge last week, and I was wondering what I should do with the ground turkey I bought at the store. I found this recipe on foodnetwork.com , and I'm sooooo glad I gave it a try! So easy. So tasty! Turkey Meatloaf w Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Ingredients  Vegetable cooking spray  1/2 cup plain bread crumbs ( I used Italian bread crumbs) 1/3 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley ( I used dried parsley) 1/4 cup chopped garlic and herb-marinated sun-dried tomatoes ( I used cherry tomatoes) 2 cloves garlic, minced, optional ( I didn't use garlic) 2 eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten  2 tablespoons whole milk  1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese  1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt  1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper  1 pound ground turkey Directions (adapted from Giada De Laurentiis' recipe at http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/turkey-meatloaf-with-feta-and-sun-dried-toma...
